Super Savings Plan
 A flat fee of 1777.00 is paid to Farrow Realtors (Listing Broker) when property is entered into Multiple Listing System. Owner decides amount of compensation to be offered to Selling Broker. Owner can also sell property himself and pay no selling commission.

  • Owner works directly with Brokers re: marketing, showings, offers, negotiating, disclosure documents & escrow.
  • Phone consultations available with Jerry Farrow.
  • Owners receive handbook regarding information on selling your property.

  • Farrow Realtors 'For Sale' sign installed (optional).

Basic Plan
1.5 % of sale price paid to Farrow Realtors (Listing Broker) at close of escrow and 2.5% paid to Selling Broker.

  • Property is placed into Multiple Listing System
  • Lock Box is placed on property for Broker access.
  • Seller booklet provided to owner.
  • Telephone counseling available with Broker Jerry Farrow.

  • Jerry Farrow personally reviews offers, prepares counter offers, disclosure documents and supervises all escrow procedures.

Advanced Marketing Plan
2.5 % of sales price paid to Farrow Realtors (Listing Broker) at the close of escrow and 3% paid to Selling Broker.

  • Property placed on Multiple Listing System.
  • Classified Advertising.
  • Open houses held.
  • 1 year Homeowner warranty policy provided & paid by Farrow Realtors.
  • Property featured on Farrow Realtors Website.
  • Property sign and lock box provided.
  • Property on approximately 20 other Internet Websites.
  • Flyers prepared and distributed.
  • Direct mail program promoting property.
  • Marketing at exclusive meetings.
  • Caravans when appropriate.
