Encinitas is another beautiful coastal town in North County San Diego. Comprised of five distinct communities - Old Encinitas, New Encinitas, Cardiff-By-The-Sea, Olivenhain and Leucadia - Encinitas has much to offer a home buyer. Surfing contests and Junior Lifeguard training courses often take place on Encinitas shores. The San Elijo beach campgrounds and the Encinitas Ranch golf course are two other drawing points of this beautiful town.
